The average price of Ural oil in the period from August 15 to September 14 was 77.03 dollars per barrel, while the North Sea dated (Brent dated) quote was 88.61 dollars per barrel. Thus, the discount on Russian oil in this period was approximately 11.58 dollars per barrel.

Light oil products have their own taxes; As of October 1, this tax will increase by 0.7 dollars to 7.1 dollars per ton.
