“Other” revenues will constitute 2.4% of total planned budget revenues. One-time receipts will contain the balances of the single tax payment (STP) calculated according to a special formula.
According to the draft federal budget, next year the total volume of other non-tax revenues will increase to 866 billion rubles. This is 45 times more than the figure for 2023 – 19 billion rubles.

Revenues are estimated to be 35 trillion rubles in 2024, 33.5 trillion in 2025 and 34.1 trillion in 2026. Expenditures are expected to be 36.6 trillion rubles in 2024, 34.4 trillion in 2025 and 35.6 trillion rubles in 2026.
