Fuel shortages in southern Russia arose as a result of suppliers’ desire to create an artificial shortage by closing gas stations during the tourist season, Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said. The Minister made the statement RIA News On the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.
