The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation is considering possible options for adjusting the parameters of the fuel damper in order to balance the interests of oil companies and the state budget. According to him, the ministry is analyzing proposals to change the support mechanism for the oil industry in order to stabilize the situation in the fuel market. The Minister also noted that the cancellation of the discount made in September in the payments made to the tipper companies was not taken into account.
