He noted that low-income citizens, the unemployed, retirees, minors and those with chronic diseases should receive medicines free of charge.
According to Chernyshov, in the first half of 2023, the Russians spent 6.3 billion rubles on the drug. At the same time, almost 70% are trying to save money on drugs. Every third person spends more than 2,000 rubles a month on drugs.
