There was a slight increase in the prices of vital drugs in Russia; only 1.6 percent of experts do not consider it a serious threat. This was reported by experts in an interview with the newspaper “News“.

According to the publication, new rules regarding the introduction of prescription drugs come into effect from September 1. Yulia Makarenko, Deputy Director of the Development Banking Institute, noted that there is a risk of shortage of artificial drugs, but this has not materialized.

FG “Finam” analyst Zarina Saidova confirmed that there is currently no reason to worry about the availability of drugs in pharmacies or to expect an unreasonable increase in their price.

Artem Deev, head of the analytics department of Amarkets, described the situation as completely normal and pointed out that the increase in the prices of vital drugs is below the inflation level.
