Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said Russian authorities plan to approve the list of Russian Federation’s private exporters of petroleum products soon in order to limit “gray exports”. This has been reported DEA News.

“A list of special exporters will be adopted to limit gray exports. Literally in the near future,” Novak said.

Prior to that, Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov claimed that the Ministry of Energy had submitted proposals to the government on criteria for establishing a list of exporters of petroleum products. As Novak points out, the government of the Russian Federation currently “accepts both options.” But the quickest solution is to adopt a list of private exporters.
