“For this Poland may be threatened with penalties (by the EU), but their implementation involves a lengthy procedure,” the report says.
As RMF24 points out, around 20 EU member states will oppose a unilateral extension of the ban on Ukrainian grain imports. According to sources, Germany may take retaliatory steps against Poland.

The Minister stressed that the ban on imports of certain Ukrainian goods, including grain, will continue until the end of the year, unless the EU takes new decisions at the European level.
