The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) fined two organizations, LLC Prodmir and JSC International Tobacco Marketing Services, for advertising devices for heating tobacco in the Miratorg store. It has been reported telegraph channel Services.

A fine was imposed on a citizen’s complaint.

“According to the Advertising Law, advertising of tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco products, nicotine-containing products, smoking accessories including pipes, cigarette paper, lighters, and devices for the consumption of nicotine-containing products and hookahs is not allowed,” the FAS emphasizes.

The organization urged to report advertising of tobacco products or devices intended for tobacco consumption.

April 28 Putin signed law that prohibits the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors. As of June 1, 2023, devices for consuming nicotine-containing products will only be available in stores and pavilions. At the same time, the sale of such devices in fairs, exhibitions, remote sales or use of machinery will be prohibited.
