Cigarettes and cigarette consumption rates in 2024 will be 2,731 rubles. For 1 thousand pieces, but not less than 3709 rubles. In 2025 – 2840 rubles, but not less than 3857 rubles. In 2026 – 2954 rubles, but not less than 4011 rubles.
The excise tax on vehicles with engine power from 90 to 150 horsepower, including in 2024, will be 58 rubles. per horsepower, 2025 – 60 rubles, and 2026 – 62 rubles.
At the same time, it was announced that increased indexation will not affect Russian champagne, electronic cigarette liquids and motorcycles.
