Most IT professionals returning from abroad do not plan to stay in Russia permanently. Such observations with TASS shared Tatyana Kolpakova, Lead HR Manager (business integrator and software developer) of BIA Technologies.

He acknowledges that many IT professionals have indeed returned to Russia, as Maksut Shadayev, head of the Ministry of Digital Development, reported in June.
