Polina’s chatbot appeared on the social networks Vkontakte and Telegram, which helps to learn about debts and actions of bailiffs. To find out about the debts and actions of bailiffs, you need to connect to the official page of the FSSP, go to the messenger and get a written question from Polina. Next, enter the information requested by the chatbot and get online data on the existence of debts, arrests of accounts and travel restrictions, as well as other actions of bailiffs.

According to Aristov, Polina can respond to requests from 80 people per second, or about 7 million requests per month, via messenger. According to the FSSP director, the project went live in February, and Polina processed about 2.5 thousand requests via chat.

Also, Aristov said that in the FSSP call center, you can switch to Polina’s voice chat bot via the menu. According to the database, it will be able to check the existence of a debt and identify it, and if necessary understand the measures taken by the bailiffs.
