According to Reshetnikov, the cost of staying in hotels in July this year will likely be 8-15% higher than in 2022.
“The average cost of living in a 3-star hotel in July will be just over 4,700 rubles, 8% more than a year ago. In 4-5 star hotels, an average of 15 percent increase is made,” he said.
It is stated that the high price increase in 4-5 star hotels will be associated with increased demand for a scarce premium segment among wealthy citizens.
