“I have hundreds of tons of grain in warehouses. Another crop is growing in the fields. There is no chance to sell this grain today. All the barns are fully stocked and there is so much grain in Polish ports that it will take six months to load and transport it,” said Koszarek.
According to him, now the Polish market is full of grain from Ukraine. And it can get dirty. But its main advantage was the price, which manufacturers took advantage of.
He added that now Polish farmers have so much grain that it is impossible to sell. Although the authorities have promised various subsidies, these have not yet been allocated. So, in general, the situation with agriculture in Poland is quite dramatic, as the decline in demand for grain in the country can lead to the destruction of villages and farms.
