US accuses Mexican cartel leaders of smuggling fentanyl

According to Europol, law enforcement officers from 31 European countries participated in the operation, led by Romania and Bulgaria. During the raids, 143 items were searched, 22 people were arrested, 129 firearms and close to 1,500 signs and blanks were seized. In addition, approximately 25,000 unmodified, converted and live ammunition, six grenades, 276 kg of dynamite, 299 fuzes and more than 21 kg of gunpowder were seized.
