The price of electric models fell from 4 thousand to 24 thousand rubles. The price of some SIM categories has increased. For example, the average bill for recreational bikes increased by 7% to 40,000 rubles. And single wheels have become 6% more expensive, their cost has increased to about 74.5 thousand rubles.

In March 2023, changes to the traffic rules governing movement on the SIM took effect. To ride electric scooters and hoverboards, you now need special equipment such as helmets. According to Ozon, the demand for this and other protective equipment has more than doubled, and the average control has decreased by 9% to about 1 thousand rubles. Most often, Russians bought a helmet and protective bike kits among knee pads and children’s products, including orthopedic ones.
