Ukrainian energy company Ukrenergo said distribution networks in Ukraine’s Chernivtsi region were damaged by bad weather conditions. This was reported on the company’s Telegram channel.
“Due to adverse weather conditions, there are damage to distribution networks in the Chernivtsi region,” the report says.
The same publication states that electricity generation currently fully meets the needs of consumers, and there is a reserve of power in the energy system. At the same time, Ukrenergo noted that although the situation has stabilized, the reliability of the power supply has been significantly reduced due to damage to important high-voltage substations.
