The Wildberries marketplace has started removing products with a rating of less than three stars and negative reviews. It has been reported DEA News.
“The online platform is starting to suspend the supply of products that customers complain about of poor quality. Also, previously Wildberries strengthened control over the presence of labeling on goods, ”the message states.
If the rating of the goods falls below 3 out of a possible 5, the placement of the goods on the site will be suspended. It is stated that such goods will be returned to the seller.
On March 24, Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) announced that online retailer Wildberries must set up an internal arbitration to consider vendor disputes. This demand was voiced after the scandal with the mass strike of the owners of the ordering point in connection with the introduction of fines for employees of the collection point.
