Maria Zakharova, spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in a statement on the Telegram channel that the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which provides a $ 15 billion loan to Ukraine, will send money to the black hole.
He stressed that the IMF only lends to countries with a debt repayment plan. But according to Zakharova, Kiev does not have a plan.
“The era of global inflation is at hand, risks are at its peak” <…> Against this background, 15 billion is a luxury,” he said.
Thus, according to Zakharova, the IMF is sending funds to a black hole. But this is not the first time that world institutions have changed working conditions for the sake of Ukraine.
“How can market mechanisms survive here? Right. It is not possible, ”Zakharova summarized.
International Monetary Fund approved March 21, information on the achievement of agreements with the Ukrainian side on a possible loan program of $ 15.6 billion for four years at the working level.
formerly IMF allowed to print 50 billion hryvnia to Ukraine, which has a foreign financing deficit.
