UAH 19 billion ($515 million) will be allocated to replenish the Budget Reserve Fund, of which at least UAH 3 billion will be allocated to finance payments to the families of martyred soldiers and police officers, and UAH 2 billion ($54 million) will be allocated for the construction of the city walls. .
