Bloomberg reports risk of resumption of energy crisis in Europe as a sharp cooling

“Cold weather will hit Western Europe next week, potentially increasing demand for natural gas. <….> On Monday, temperatures in London are expected to be 3°C below the seasonal average, while in Paris it is expected to be 5.2°C that day and 7°C below the optimum in Madrid on Tuesday.

Bad weather will affect the northern regions of Germany next week, and snowfall is expected in these regions. At the same time, snowstorms are expected in the southern parts of the country in England. The note also concludes that snowfall will most likely occur in the European Alps.
