In particular, the export of wheat, meslin, barley, corn and sunflower is prohibited without the permission of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
Earlier, in the first half of the current agricultural year (July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023), the volume of grain sales from Russia abroad was in May. to create 30-35 million tons. This was expressed by Oksana Lut, the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Russia.
In the second half of September, Lut reported that in 2022 and 2023, Russia’s grain export volume could reach 50-60 million tons. According to him, the result depends on the level of the crop.
Prior to that, on February 6, Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki said that he had asked Russia to continue supplying grain to the country.
