According to him, Europe built up a fuel stock before certain restrictions were introduced. At the same time, the region needs time to find new suppliers. And Western countries are punishing themselves for buying oil from India, which is actually Russian.
He added that ordinary Europeans do not care about all these events. They just pay the bills every time.
