The head of the Nikolaev regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, said that the procedure for transferring the assets of the Nikolaev alumina plant, owned by Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska, into state ownership in Ukraine continues. His words were reported by the Public Nikolaev publication.
As Kim pointed out, once state ownership, the business will operate solely in the interests of Ukraine.
