Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing the Russian government to issue temporary permits for transactions with persons subject to Russian sanctions. The document has been officially published regulatory information portal.
“Grant the government of the Russian Federation to grant temporary authorization for certain operations (operations, actions) with sanctioned persons,” the document says.
At the beginning of December, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank finalized the draft strategy It was submitted to the government for the development and assessment of the Russian financial market until 2030. Priorities include transforming the payments and settlement system with “friendly” countries, protecting the rights of consumers of financial services, digitizing the financial market, and other areas.
