In the fall, motorists have many new concerns. To experienced people, they usually seem small and almost imperceptible, but they still affect the everyday picture of the day – and affect our emotional state. How does autumn affect motorists in general? What annoys them the most? To find out, we conducted a survey among “Behind the Wheel” subscribers in Viber.
We asked what do they think is the main reason for not loving autumn? Among the answer options, quite a variety of items were presented. It is worth noting that some of them did not collect at least a significant portion of the votes.
In particular, it turned out that the vast majority of our subscribers are absolutely unconcerned about morning glass fogging and freezing issues – of course, the presence of autorun or five extra minutes to restore visibility adequately solves this problem. Nevertheless, these circumstances are experienced as a nuisance by 15 of the 2628 respondents.
* the item “Other” contains the answer options “Cool, reheat, consume” (2%), “Falled leaves are filled up everywhere” (1%) “Attempts to heat/clean the windows in the morning” (less than 1%)

Foliage, which tends to get into ventilation and body drains, has an almost equally insignificant effect on the mood of motorists – this problem concerns only 29 people, or 1% of users. Increased consumption due to engine warm-up concerns only 2% (78 people) of our subscribers about the number of respondents.
4% of the respondents do not like the first frost, morning ice and the looming prospect of changing tires, ie 92 people. But the next category is already quite numerous: 17% (421 people) are dissatisfied with everything that has to do with autumn! As for the most annoying fall factor, 19% (500 respondents) emphasize this in particular – it’s rain, slush and, as a result, always a dirty car.
However, there is an even larger group of our readers – those who believe that autumn is a wonderful time and there is absolutely no reason not to love it. This opinion is shared by 57% of the subscribers who participated in the survey.
- Earlier we asked on social networks where drivers prefer to wash their cars – the results of the study turned out to be quite interesting.
- “Behind the wheel” can be read in Odnoklassniki.
