A man set fire to Zhiguli’s car after arguing with his wife. About the incident that occurred in the Usolsky district of the Irkutsk region, informs regional press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“The previous day, at around 7 am, a driver turned to traffic police inspectors who said that a car was on fire near the village of Telma. The police went to the place where they stated that they saw a burning car. The officials immediately informed the emergency services about this issue,” it said.
Firefighters at the scene extinguished the car. There was no one inside. The owner of the car, who later said that he had an argument with his wife, drove Zhiguli into a potato field and set it on fire.
The police and interrogators of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia are investigating the incident.
