The Association said, “The sale of single Osago policies for Russia and Belarus (“ White Card ”) will begin on April 23 in accordance with the rules of the Union State Insurance System”.
The policy that expands to Belarus territory can only be given electronically. Nine insurance companies are authorized in Russia: Alfastrakhovaniya, GSK Yugoria, Zetta Insurance, Spassky Gate, SK “Twenty-First Century”, “Consent”, “Rosgosstrakh”, “VSK” and “Reso-Garantia”.
