Now, according to the law, in regions where the CTO regime has been implemented, any vehicle can be used “to transport people in need of urgent medical care to health institutions, as well as to track people suspected of committing terrorist acts.”
According to the bill, it is proposed to allow the use of transport of citizens and organizations “in support of anti-terrorism measures”, among other things. At the same time, the authors of the initiative call for the continuation of the current provision, according to which the reimbursement of expenses to property owners will be determined by the Russian government.
