“A man in Moscow decided to relieve a traffic jam on Sushchevsky Val, which had formed due to a broken traffic light, and with the help of a “pedestrian crossing” sign, he temporarily became a traffic controller. It is not known where the man got the sign from. However, judging by the video, the traffic jam was removed,” the channel said in a statement.
Before that in Syktyvkar a man was driving on a pedestrian crossing was shot woman with a baby carriage. The incident occurred on September 25 at the intersection of Markova and Pushkin streets.
As a result of the incident, both the woman born in 2002 and the baby in the stroller were injured. The victims were not taken to hospital.
