The Liberal Democratic Party has drafted a bill on deprivation of rights for aggressive driving.

The bill on the administrative liability of drivers for aggressive driving will be submitted to the State Duma by Liberal Democratic Party deputies in the near future. Yaroslav Nilov, a member of the faction, announced this on his Telegram channel.

According to the bill, a fine of 5 thousand rubles for dangerous driving or deprivation of the right to drive for up to one year is proposed.

A prerequisite for bringing the driver to administrative responsibility is the presence of evidence in the form of detection of the crime on a photo or video camera.
