It is also proposed to increase the fine for violation of the rules for the transportation of goods from 500 rubles to 100 thousand rubles. It is also proposed to establish that the driver’s refusal to pass a weight and dimensions control of a vehicle will entail a fine in the amount of 10 thousand rubles and deprivation of the driver’s right to drive for a period of six months, the owner of the car – a fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
