Taking into account the growth in recycling collection, Russians will be able to afford to buy a car by 5-7%, and new car sales will not exceed 600 thousand units, which “will allow the development of new cars”, spare parts and car production are irrelevant, ROAD emphasizes.
From October 1, the size of the recycling fee in Russia may increase by 70-85%. Anticipating this, Russians rushed to buy cars. Demand for them increased by 42.4% in July. A total of 136.2 thousand cars were sold in a month.
