A friend of scandalous prank blogger Edward Beale was arrested for 13 days after they were both seen wearing scooter patrol uniforms. reports Telegram channel of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.
“By the decision of the Moscow Meshchansky District Court, Yegor Viktorovich Chernov was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” the publication says.
