“Moskvich” for the first time showed its model range in photos

On Wednesday, July 6, the Moscow Automobile Plant “Moskvich” presented a line-up. Related photos from the presentation at the factory were included in the photo bank of the TASS agency. The caption of the photos says that this is “an approximate range of car models at the assembly stage at the Moscow automobile plant Moskvich”.

As you can see from the slides, the company plans to produce C-class cars, a crossover and an electric car. On the exterior of models that are not yet branded with the emblem of the new Moskvich, cars of the Chinese automobile company JAC, in particular, the JAC JS4 and JS7 crossovers are recognized. Also Wednesday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the start of work on creating his own platform for Moskvich electric vehicles.

Earlier, socialbites.ca wrote that at the end of May, Renault transferred the Moscow plant into the ownership of the Moscow government. They said they would not revive Soviet cars there either. Almost my love Russian citizens do not support the revival of Moskvich.
