Long queues of drivers formed in the capital’s traffic police due to the lack of coupons. In this respect reports Telegram channel Baza cites sources in the traffic police.
“Previously, a car could be registered either by registering through the State Services or simply by coming to the ministry without an appointment. <...> The situation changed last Friday, when a limited system for issuing coupons in the electronic queue (250-300 per day) was introduced,” says the publication.
According to the channel, this initiative was proposed by the Department of Information Technologies, Communications and Information Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The changes caused long queues at the branch. It is stated that many people come early in the morning to buy tickets. One of the dissatisfied drivers stood up on the strike and addressed the Minister of Internal Affairs.
