The police later managed to detain the suspect. It turned out that he was a 33-year-old native of the North Caucasus. Law enforcement found a gun in his apartment. A criminal case was opened against the detainee in accordance with Article 6. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).
