In 2024, eight new models of the Chinese brand Dongfeng will appear on the Russian automobile market. This was announced by the company Motorinvest, the distributor of the brand. transmits analytical agency “Avtostat”.
In the Dongfeng Aeolus series, the Shine Max business sedan will be joined by three new models: the mid-size crossover AX7 and Mage, as well as the full-size premium crossover Huge. The compact B-class 500 crossover will be included in the budget price segment, and in the D-segment three full-size crossovers will be released: the 600 SUV, the ix5 coupe-crossover with a sporty design and the seven-seat all-wheel drive model ix7. The timing of the cars’ market entry was not specified.
Currently, the Dongfeng model range in Russia includes the Shine Max sedan, DF6 all-wheel-drive pickup truck and the seven-seat Dongfeng 580 crossover. According to the 11-month results of this year, 625 Dongfeng cars were sold. Analysts noted the Russian Federation.
