A Ural truck carrying passengers slid into a ditch and overturned in the Trans-Baikal Region regional Ministry of Internal Affairs press service.
The accident occurred 22 km away from the village of Novaya Chara in Kalarsky district.
“It was determined that on the technological road on the territory of one of the enterprises, the driver of the Ural car lost control, went into the ditch and overturned the vehicle. “According to preliminary data, there were 27 people in the vehicle,” he said.
As stated in the press service, a passenger born in 1979 died at the scene of the accident. Seven passengers were taken to hospital.
