The incident occurred in April 2022. A man bought a used car and spilled champagne on it before leaving the dealership.
“The defendant asked the manager to honk the horn for him from the car he bought, but the horn in the car did not work. “The suspect became very angry and started kicking the computer equipment on the desks of the salespeople at the car dealership, using rude and obscene language.”
The man then shot the manager in the face with a gas gun, causing chemical burns to the victim. Thereupon, the car dealership employees tied the violent buyer with ropes and held him until the police arrived. He later expressed remorse and made amends for the damage done.
The criminal case under the articles of hooliganism and damage to others’ property was investigated and sent to court.
