There will be a screen on the hood of the new Renault model 18:27

Renault showed the first photos of the revived Renault 5 model, which became an electric car and received the E-Tech prefix in its name. Photos published Press service of the French automaker.

One of the car’s features was the screen installed on the hood instead of the air intake of the original compact hatchback. Displays the battery level indicator as a number 5.

The length of the Renault 5 E-Tech is 3.9 meters. At the start of sales, the cars will be available with a battery with a capacity of 52 kWh, providing a range of up to 400 km. Later, a version with a less capacity battery (40 kWh) will appear in the modification range. The new product, where the starting price of the Renault 5 E-Tech will be approximately 25 thousand Euros, will be introduced at the International Motor Show in Geneva on February 26 next year.

The Renault 5 hatchback was produced from 1972 to 1996, and during this time 5 million cars were sold in different countries.
