It also turned out that the VAZ was stolen.
“The night before, a man passing by one of the houses saw that a citizen was trying to start his VAZ-21099 car, but was unsuccessful. The suspect decided to help start the vehicle. He got behind the wheel and suggested the owner push the car and go for a ride once the car was started, the police report said.
The issue of filing a criminal case for theft is being decided. If the driver refuses the examination, administrative documents will be collected and submitted to the court.
