As Vavilov said, on the night of September 17, on Bazayskaya Street, an unidentified person in protective clothing came to the site, opened the garage door and set the car on fire. It was not possible for us to control the fire on our own before the fire brigade arrived.
According to the victim’s statement, shortly before the arson, someone damaged the security camera in the garden, and unidentified people threw a concrete block over the fence, damaging Vavilov’s wife’s car. Vavilov suspects that the damage to his property was caused by neighbors who allegedly set up businesses illegally on agricultural land. The man wrote a statement to the police about each incident, but noted that the investigation was progressing slowly.
