Between January and June of this year, Russians bought 12% more used electric vehicles than in the first half of 2022. In this respect informs analytical agency “Avtostat”.
In just six months, citizens of the Russian Federation bought 5,000 used electric cars. 55% of the market was occupied by Nissan cars (2.7 thousand units), the top three were Tesla (1 thousand units) and Hyundai (319 units).
The most popular electric vehicles in the secondary market this year were Nissan Leaf (2.7 thousand units), Tesla Model 3 (487 units) and Hyundai Kona (312 units). Tesla Model S, Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model X, Porsche Taycan and BMW i3 each sold more than 100.
Experts point out that the kilometer electric car market has exceeded the thousandth mark for the second month in a row, but the record for March 2022 (1079 units) has not been broken yet.
