The dumping of human waste on highways in the United States has caused many road accidents, including crashes involving police cars. In this respect informs newspaper Connecticut Post.
The incident occurred on Interstate I-95 near Bridgeport, Connecticut. According to police, a Mack truck driver was carrying a trailer that leaked human waste onto the road and made the road slippery. The road was literally “filled with feces,” the report said.
Several accidents occurred on a slippery road: a motorcyclist fell off his bike, drivers of Toyota Avalon and Honda Civic cars lost control and crashed into a fence, and a Freightliner tractor collided with two police cars that were helping those involved in other accidents. As a result of the accident, the victims were not seriously injured.
Police arrested the 34-year-old truck driver, who was charged with reckless driving and carrying loose cargo. The driver was released on $25,000 bail and will appear in court on August 8.
