“We recommend that the government continue to work on a decision regarding the auctions. And supplement this with a provision that will allow people not only to get “nice” tricks, but also to sell it if a person accidentally buys such a trick and does not need it, “Tkachev said.
According to the deputy, today it is legally impossible to get a supposedly beautiful car number with a certain combination of characters on its plate, so people pay for this unofficial service. Tkachev explained that to avoid this shadow market, such numbers should be distributed through auctions at the State Service.
