Rustem Diveev, 32, bought a Mercedes-Benz two years ago, but was soon forced to sell the car due to a serious breakdown when it crashed into a deep pit on Komsomolskaya Street and damaged it. The wheels, bumper and underside of the car were damaged.

It was noted that the road workers put the blame on the local water administration because there was a well in the pit. Vodokanal made the opposite statement, and the city government was unable to help resolve the situation. Two years later, the court ordered the road repair company to reimburse the driver for 270 thousand rubles, but the losing party is ready to file further lawsuits.

“The stupidest thing is that I still have to stay in this situation. […] They proved that I did not violate the rules of the road, the pit does not comply with state standards, ”complained Diveev.
