According to the Zarplata.ru research center, the number of vacancies related to the sale of used cars has increased by 42% since July 2022.
Most of the vacancies are open in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Urals. Employers are looking for valuation analysts, buyout, valuation and sales managers, expert buyers and sales consultants.
Used car sales managers are offered salaries of 150,000 rubles in Moscow, from 80,000 to 170,000 rubles in St. Petersburg and from 50,000 rubles in Novosibirsk.
The rate of a manager for the evaluation and purchase of used cars with a year’s experience in Moscow will be from 200 thousand rubles. Responsibilities include tracking new car sales ads, analyzing the market for the cost of this model, visiting the customer, checking for legal cleanliness, analysts noted.
Employers are looking for generalists who understand different cars and understand the nuances of different cars.
