Mishustin noted that the decree he signed aims to reduce the administrative burden for businesses and citizens. “It extends the validity of Russian national driver’s licenses by three years – those that will be replaced in the next two years,” said the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
This change will affect credentials that expire between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023. They will automatically renew for three years.
