KamAZ and MAZ will cooperate to produce unmanned vehicles

The Russian truck manufacturer KamAZ and the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) plan to start cooperation. This became known during a meeting between PJSC KamAZ General Director Sergey Kogogin, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexander Morozov and Minister of Industry of Belarus Pyotr Parkhomchik, according to the Telegram channel of PJSC KamAZ.

“The leaders of mechanical engineering in the two countries plan to combine efforts in automobile manufacturing and other fields using unmanned and intelligent systems,” the message says.

In addition, cooperation in various fields is planned – in the production of auto parts, assemblies, assemblies and microelectronics used in the manufacture of freight and passenger transport of the two countries.
